Performance Test Engineers to join us. You'll be part of a team that follows fast-paced high-growth technology.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in developing scripts, designing test scenarios, test execution, monitoring, analyzing results, and reporting performance bottlenecks.
• Experience in setting up/designing load scenarios for various tests like load tests, endurance tests, stress tests, etc.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java and Javascript.
• Ability to work independently on project performance testing with minimal supervision.
• Provide technical input into planning efforts
• Create a technical testing strategy and technical scope
• Prepare, execute and monitor all testing activities
• Develop tools for the parsing of logs generated by the AUT
• Maintain test lab including the performance tools and the performance environment
• Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions.
• Suggest new tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and tracking activities.
• Provide support in project design, development, and deployment activities.
• Review and recommend improvements to existing test procedures
• Identify and recommend NFR requirements for performance testing through analysis of product specifications and software requirements.
• Ensure that the testing environment is ready and available
• Good knowledge of 3-tier architecture, Application, and DB layer for a good understanding of test env.
